I’m sure all of us can flex. Some of us do it to show off & some of us just because we want to - but not all of us have muscles to flex .. like me -but that’s a complete different story that’s not as important as the OEM
Ford Flex Rims !
I just recently saw a commercial today that had a bunch of different Mother’s in it and they were all talking about how they liked their Ford Flex and how their kids even liked the car. They stated that their kids think that it’s the coolest car on the road with the Factory Ford Wheels on it .. I’m not sure I’m that crazy about the car. They were so amazed at how it has so much in it and it’s sold for such a low price.
I guess that’s the magic that Ford has, right?
The
Ford Flex Rims and the Ford Flex itself is categorized as a full-size crossover that’s produced by Ford Motor Company. The styling on the car is based on the Ford Fairlane concept that was introduced at the 2005 North American International Auto Show. The actual production vehicle had made its debut at the 2007 New York International Auto Show with Original 2009 Ford Flex Rims on it.
Sales on this "kid-approved" car started in the summer of 2008 as the 2009 model. The car is manufactured on the same assembly line as the Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX crossovers at the Oakville Assembly Plant in Oakville, Ontario. In a nutshell, it was designed to replace the Ford Freestar minivan - for that reason, it’s the first known crossover to have both minivan and SUV characteristics that are delivered by Ford.
There are only three main places where the Ford Flex & Ford Rims are sold : United States, Canada, and the Middle East.
What I think is phenomenal about this car is that it offers seven-passenger seating; this includes adjustable and removable footrests for the people sitting in the second row! If you don’t have any passengers and if you have some extra cargo, then you can fold the second row and third row into the floor! The car even comes with a "mini-fridge".
I mean, c’mon!
There’s a voice-activated communications and entertainment system (it’s called Ford Sync) that can combine a bunch of things like the functions of different cell phones, SIRIUS Satellite Radio, changing of compact discs, DVDs and other media players including navigation systems .. even though that’s not a media player. This whole thing was developed when Ford joined forced with Microsoft - and the technology that they have at Microsoft is legit.
If you’re looking for safety and security on the car, you should know that the Flex comes with a back-up camera that’s mounted right on top of the bumper. Try not to get too excited though, the back-up camera was only offered on the SEL and Limited models for 2009MY. No matter what model you get, the Flex comes with Ford's AdvanceTrac traction control system with roll stability control. This is supposed to help the driver keep control of the car and
Ford Flex Rims on little or no traction surfaces and during emergency maneuvers. If you want All-Wheel -Drive on the thing, then you can get it.
So .. what do you think of the car now? Do you think your kids will like it? Or are you merely getting it just because you think it’s cool? It’s okay, I won’t say anything.
